Axone employs a variable billing rate system that is adjusted according to factors such as the difficulty of the text and the language combination.
There is a minimum charge of CHF 100.- per job. Each translation into a different target language is treated as a separate order.
We reserve the right to apply a surcharge in the following cases:
Urgent texts (delivered the same day or as soon as possible): this applies to jobs that require the translator to work in the evening after 6pm, at weekends or during holidays to meet the delivery date: Price increase + 50%
Unusually time-consuming texts (e.g. handwritten or illegible texts, texts with complex formatting): Price increase by agreement
